Project Management - The function of project management is to clearly define customer goals and objectives. It includes identifying tasks, resources, budgets and timelines required for project goals to be achieved.

Projects are actively tracked throughout the process. Flow of the projects follows major phases defined as feasibility, project planning, implementation, evaluation and support/maintenance.

Successful project management involves the balancing of time, cost, performance, resources and customer needs. Effective project management requires planning, estimating and communication.

Each project is assigned a Point of Contact/Program Manager allowing customers access to constant updates. By developing and utilizing this project management methodology, Norris Precision Manufacturing has successfully managed projects that have exceeded our customers’ expectations.
