Quality Assurance-

One of the key reasons Norris Precision Manufacturing is in a class of its own, is our extensive companywide dedication to quality management. In addition to Lean Six Sigma training of many of our employees, we have obtained 9001:2008 certification as well as AS9100:2004 certification and registration. We also have received Nadcap Accreditation for our chemical processing.

The quality assurance team at Norris Precision Manufacturing average of 15 years of experience in the quality field, with a strong background in aerospace, medical device & automotive manufacturing.

At Norris we utilize 3 DCC Mitutoyo CMM’s and 2 manual Mitutoyo CMM’s, a video inspection system, video borescopes, optical comparators, Federal air gages, profilometers and shop wide real time SPC MeasureLink software. All geared to ensure ongoing product quality.

To us quality assurance in not just another task, but an integral part of the total process, from the purchasing of raw materials, to the final product shipped.
